Description: Each piece is individually crafted on potter’s wheel, enameled by hand in vibrant colors, then oven fired at 1200 centigrade. Cooking in clay is the best method for enhancing and bringing out the flavors in your food. The Cocorico is an ideal way to cook your roaster or fryer. Place the bird’s cavity over the ceramic cone, scatter the dish with diced vegetables, and try to be patient. Microwave safe.
