Provenance: From the estate of Madame Albert, wife of Monsieur Albert, Maxim’s celebrated Maitre d’ over three decades. It used to be said: “Everybody talks to Albert but Albert talks only to the Aga Khan.”

Description: Dinner and gala organized by “Le Demi-Siecle”, dated March 14, 1953. For dinner: crème mariniere, grilled turbot, guinea hen, crepes, and Columbian coffee. Very minor stain on front cover. Overall condition: Very good.
